    Hi, I’m Jess! 

    The founder and head coach of JST FIT . 


     Established in 2025, JST FIT was created with the mission of making strength and conditioning accessible to everyone- no matter your fitness level, age, or sport. My goal is to help you train smarter, move better, and achieve lasting results. 


    My journey into strength and conditioning began in an unexpected place- rope skipping. When I first started, there was very little research available for niche sports like mine. I spent countless hours in the gym working hard, but I wasn’t seeing the progress I wanted. This frustration pushed me to dive into research, figure things out on my own, and eventually led me to study a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.


    My dedication paid off when I became an international-level athlete and gold medalist in rope skipping. These experiences not only helped shape my athletic career but also deepened my passion for training and performance.


    As I transitioned into coaching, I became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and had the privilege of working with athletes across various sports, including professional cricketers, rock climbers, footballers, netballers, mountain bikers, rowers, and the list goes on… These experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of functional movement, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.


    But my mission goes beyond athletes. At JST FIT, I want to make strength and conditioning training available to everyone- whether you're new to fitness, recovering from an injury, managing a disability, or simply aiming to improve your overall health.


    We focus on the foundations: multi-joint exercises, functional movement patterns, and accessory work that enhance your strength and performance for everyday life. No matter where you're starting from, I’ll guide you through a personalised program designed to build confidence, improve mobility, and strengthen your body- ultimately helping you achieve lasting results.

    Online Coaching

    One-on-one, personalised coaching- train anytime, anywhere.


    Our online coaching program is designed for those who want expert guidance with the flexibility to train on their own schedule. Whether you're focused on building strength, improving mobility, enhancing endurance, or increasing agility, you'll receive a custom program written by a Sports and Exercise Scientist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach to help you perform at your best both in sport and daily life.
